If you offer a single service, operate in one region, and your goal is to be found when searched and receive phone calls, the Starter package is often sufficient. If you have multiple services, each requiring its own page, the Corporate package is more appropriate. If you're unsure, we decide together during the initial consultation.

It's not mandatory. When the support period included in your package ends, the site continues to operate. Maintenance covers updates, backup checks, security monitoring, and minor content changes. If you don't want it, you don't have to purchase it, and you can start it later.

The number of pages is determined by your needs; we do not set a fixed limit. We create a service page for each service you offer, plus an About page, a Contact page, and, if needed, reference and blog sections. The scope is clarified in writing during the proposal stage, so there are no surprises later.

The figures on the cards are monthly subscription prices. The monthly allowance, the number of accounts and pages to connect and — for the content service — the monthly number of pieces are set at the quote stage; if those go beyond the standard scope, the price is discussed accordingly. No. In the panel you see your service, the conversations, the requests and the usage status; with the content service you approve drafts or ask for a revision, you give permission for the account connections that are needed, and you open support requests. It can. For the site assistant, adding a small piece of code to the site is enough. WhatsApp and social media automation already work independently of your site.

No. The program was built for Windows 10 and 11.

One key works on one computer. If you need a second computer, write to us and we will work it out together.

Google gives a certain amount of usage free each month, and the program counts what you have left on screen. If you go over the free limit, Google bills you; that usage goes through your own account.

For searching for businesses and measuring websites, yes. The program also checks the licence regularly; if the computer does not connect to the internet at all for 7 days, it locks until it does. Nothing happens to your records.

No. The shortest period is a 1 month licence.

If you change your mind before the key is saved into the program, the whole payment is refunded. Once the key has been activated, there is no refund.

No. The program will not open, but all your records stay on your computer; when you enter a new key you carry on where you left off.

Only on your own computer, in the program's own folder. It is not sent to us or anywhere else. To take a backup, copying that folder is enough.
