How long will it take for my website to be ready?
Standard websites go live within 1–3 days: starter package 1 day, corporate package 1–2 days, custom design projects 2–3 days. Comprehensive projects like e-commerce take 7–10 days. The process is faster if you provide content and images on time.
What is included in the prices?
Everything is included: design, software, mobile compatibility, SEO infrastructure, security setup, deployment, and technical support for the duration of the package. Domain, hosting, and VAT are also included in the price; we handle the setup. There are no hidden costs.
Can I appear on Google without advertising?
Yes, that is our goal. We build the site according to technical SEO rules from day one, write Turkish copy based on your target keywords, and optimize for speed. Organic ranking takes time, but unlike ads, it doesn't stop when the budget runs out.
Can I update the site myself?
We provide a management panel starting from the corporate package. You can update text, images, services, and blog content yourself without needing technical knowledge. We also provide a brief training session on how to use it.
Can you renew my existing site?
Yes. We analyze your current site and migrate your content and data, then modernize the design and infrastructure from scratch. We plan the transition to ensure your address and current Google rankings are preserved.
How is payment handled?
For Starter and E-Commerce packages, payment is collected before the project begins; then your site is prepared and delivered. For Corporate and Professional packages, half of the payment is collected at the start, and the remaining half after delivery.
Do you provide support after delivery?
Yes. Technical support is included for 3 to 12 months depending on your package. Once the period ends, you can continue with an affordable maintenance package.
Who will write the website copy?
We write the copy. After learning about your business and target audience, we prepare the page texts in simple Turkish, optimized for search engines. If you have existing text, we can edit and use it. No text goes live without your approval.
Who owns the site once it is completed?
The site belongs entirely to you. The domain is registered in your name, and all files, management panel passwords, and access rights are delivered to you. You can switch to another company whenever you wish; you are not dependent on anyone.
I don't know how to use the management panel, do you provide training?
Yes. We provide a brief training session upon delivery and leave a written guide. You can perform text, image, and content updates without technical knowledge; you can message us for help throughout your support period.
When will I start appearing on Google?
As soon as the site goes live we notify Google, and it usually starts appearing in searches within a few days. Technical SEO adjustments affect rankings in 2–4 weeks, and the impact of content work becomes evident in 2–6 months. No one can promise a #1 position in a week; we provide a realistic plan from the start.
I don’t know which package is right for me.
In a free initial consultation we listen to your business and recommend the right package without selling you more than you need. If necessary, we make small additions to the package to create a custom solution for you.
What changes the price?
The figures on the cards are monthly subscription prices. The monthly allowance, the number of accounts and pages to connect and — for the content service — the monthly number of pieces are set at the quote stage; if those go beyond the standard scope, the price is discussed accordingly. For custom business automation the scope is agreed and a separate quote is prepared.
What is the difference between the ready reply and AI packages?
The ready reply package answers based on the keywords and menus we set in advance. The AI package includes all of that; on top of it, it understands a message written in the customer's own words and produces a natural answer from your approved business information.
Does the automation stop if the AI is unavailable?
It does not. When the AI side cannot be used, the greeting, menus, ready replies and request collection flows carry on working.
Do I have to change every setting from the panel?
No. In the panel you see your service, the conversations, the requests and the usage status; with the content service you approve drafts or ask for a revision, you give permission for the account connections that are needed, and you open support requests. My website is not with you — can automation still be set up?
It can. For the site assistant, adding a small piece of code to the site is enough. WhatsApp and social media automation already work independently of your site.
Can I take more than one at the same time?
You can, and for most businesses that is the sensible option: the site assistant handles questions coming through the site, WhatsApp automation those coming by phone, and social media automation those coming from Instagram and Facebook. Taken together, the setup is done in one go.
Can I stop whenever I want?
The subscription is monthly. When you want to stop, the automation is switched off; the agreed period and scope apply.
Does automation make decisions for me?
No. Automation answers, records, prepares and tells you. Quoting a price, sending an offer, approving content — those decisions stay with you.
What is WhatsApp automation and what does it do for my business?
It answers incoming WhatsApp messages instantly with a welcome message, menus and replies you approved in advance; the AI package also understands questions written in the customer's own words. Conversations and the requests they create are collected in your own customer panel. The connection is set up through the official authorisation of your business number. Does Instagram and Facebook message automation put my account at risk?
Not when it is set up by the rules. The connection uses the official authorisation of your Instagram business account and Facebook page; we never use methods that log in with a password and send messages. Direct messages and suitable comments on the posts you choose are answered with approved replies. Social Media Ready Reply 4,500 TL/month, Social Media AI Natural Conversation 7,500 TL/month; prices include VAT.
Which questions does the website AI assistant answer?
Only with the approved business information on your site and the information you give us: services, working hours, contact. On topics it does not know it does not guess; it points to the contact or quote step and records the request in your panel. Site AI Assistant 3,650 TL/month including VAT; adding a small snippet of code to your site is enough.
How long does automation setup take and what is expected from me?
Ready packages are set up in 1-2 days; custom automation is planned according to scope. We ask you for account authorisation, up-to-date service and contact details and approval of the ready replies. We run the setup; the final step, go-live approval, is yours. The service does not start and no fee accrues until you approve.
What does content automation produce, and is anything published without my approval?
It prepares blog and social media texts in the agreed quantity and in your brand voice and delivers them to your customer panel as drafts. Nothing you have not approved is published; you can request revisions. The monthly number of pieces and revision rights are set in the quote. Content Automation 5,250 TL/month including VAT.
What is included in the automation price, are there extra charges?
The monthly subscription includes setup, the running flows, your own customer panel and the maintenance covered by the package; prices include VAT. Bulk campaign messaging, confirmed appointment or order creation, and connections to stock or accounting systems are outside the standard scope and are quoted separately; if platforms such as Meta charge their own usage fees, they are stated in the quote.
I run a small business; is automation for me?
Yes. It is built for businesses that get the same questions again and again, cannot always answer the phone, or have no time to produce content regularly. Even a single repeating step is worth automating if it saves time every week; we decide together which package fits in a free initial call.
When does the automation hand the conversation over to me?
On questions it has no answer for, on the special topics you define, or where a decision is needed, it does not continue the conversation; it directs the customer to you and records the request in your panel. We decide together during setup which situations are handed over.
