What data we collect

Through the quote form we collect only your name, company name, e-mail, phone number and whatever you write about your project. To prevent abuse, the IP address and browser information the request came from are also recorded.

Why we collect it

This information is used only to prepare your quote and to get back to you. You are not added to a marketing list, and it is not shared with third parties or sold.

How long we keep it

Quote records are kept for the duration of the quote process and any contract that follows. Your record is deleted on request.

Cookies

The site uses only the technical cookie needed for session security. No advertising or tracking cookies are run.

Your rights

Under Turkish data protection law you have the right to access your data and to ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Sending us an e-mail is enough.

Çerezler

Site, oturum güvenliği için gerekli teknik çerezi kullanır; bu çerez olmadan form gönderimi ve güvenlik kontrolleri çalışmaz. Sepetinize eklediğiniz paketler tarayıcınızın kendi deposunda (localStorage) tutulur; bu bilgi bize gönderilmez ve başka bir siteyle paylaşılmaz. Reklam çerezi çalıştırılmaz, reklam ağlarıyla veri paylaşılmaz.

Ziyaret ölçümü (Google Analytics)

Sitenin hangi sayfalarının işe yaradığını görmek için Google Analytics kullanıyoruz. Ölçüm siz izin vermeden başlamaz: siteye ilk girişte çıkan kutuda "Kabul et" demezseniz ölçüm kodu hiç yüklenmez, hiçbir ölçüm çerezi oluşturulmaz. Kabul ederseniz ziyaret ettiğiniz sayfalar, sitede geçirdiğiniz süre, geldiğiniz kaynak (arama, bağlantı, doğrudan giriş) ile cihaz ve tarayıcı türü toplanır; IP adresiniz kısaltılarak işlenir ve tam hâli saklanmaz. Bu veriler adınızla eşleştirilmez, reklam amacıyla kullanılmaz ve satılmaz. Tercihinizi değiştirmek isterseniz tarayıcınızın site verilerini temizlemeniz yeterlidir; kutu yeniden çıkar. Google Analytics verileri Google tarafından yurt dışındaki sunucularda işlenir.

Haklarınız

KVKK kapsamında verilerinize erişme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme hakkınız vardır. Bunun için bize e-posta ile ulaşmanız yeterlidir.
